Prior to joining ORM, Ben worked for an Investment Bank in commodity trade and finance. He has also managed product lines and finance departments for large agribusinesses, making him well placed to identify and implement best practice business solutions.
Raised on a cropping and grazing property in the West Wimmera, Ben’s attention to detail and ability to problem solve in clear communication with farmers, provides a good background to assist his clients.
Ben has a passion for seeing growth and improvement in businesses by uncovering the strengths, opportunities and key drivers that will affect change.
In his spare time, you will usually find Ben working his small farm in the Macedon Ranges or running after his two young daughters. If you still cannot find him, check the golf course.
