Matt McCarthy

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Honours)
- Graduate Diploma of Rural Resource Management
Matt is one of the longest serving ORM employees and works as Managing Consultant. Matt has extensive experience in the Agriculture industry which includes previous roles at ORM in business consulting as well as overseeing the production and publication of many industry specific fact sheets and publications. In addition, Matt spent time with Agriculture Victoria in extension work, all of which have led to Matt developing a large network and industry wide knowledge. As a leader in the extension field, Matt has delivered a number of training sessions on presentation skills.
When he’s not busy in the office, Matt volunteers with the Strathfieldsaye CFA Fire Brigade, enjoys spending time with his family, and getting over to his farm near Yea in Central Victoria to check on his cattle.
