Glenn started with ORM in 2005 after an extensive career in the accounting industry.  As Business Manager,  Glenn overviews ORM’s day-to-day operations to ensure that they produce efficent and effective outcomes.  A key component of this is the management of equipment, infrastructure and human resourcing.  Glenn’s background in accounting provides financial rigor to support ORM's strategic goal of achieving sustainable long-term business growth.

Aleisha plays a key role in the financial management of ORM and its related entities. This includes budgeting and monitoring processes, as well as ensuring that the internal accounting function is maintained at the highest level. Aleisha has also an interest in human resource management and assists the consulting team deliver services for farming clients in this area.

Matt is passionate about extending new research and management information to both growers and advisers, as a means of improving the profitability of farming businesses.

Belinda leads the ORM monitoring and evaluation team, which provides invaluable analysis into the beneficial outcomes of our industry extension projects.  This includes conducting extensive farmer interviews on how the learnings from these projects have impacted on their businesses.  Belinda is also involved in providing feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of our project delivery outcomes.

Coming from an agricultural farming background, Rebecca enjoys working closely with our farming clients to ensure their needs are met. Rebecca joined ORM in 2012 starting with the Communications team, organising the logistics, resources and scheduling events that ORM delivers for clients across Australia. Late 2015 she moved over to the Consulting team, assisting the team with preparation for client meetings and producing reports post meetings.

Jane worked for the National Australia Bank in various senior positions, including part of their Agribusiness division, for over a decade.  This allowed Jane to gain extensive skills in both project management and building relationships with key stakeholders, two attributes that are pivotal role in her role of planning and delivering farm business mangement events.   Jane is also heavily involved in exploring and developing opportunities for new industry project activities.
