The following conditions apply upon registration for any seminar event requiring payment to ORM Pty Ltd. If you have any queries relating to the specific terms and conditions for any event, please contact us by emailing admin@orm.com.au or calling (03) 54 416 176.
By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers.

Delivery
Your payment to ORM Pty Ltd entitles you the right to a seat at the location during the Seminar Hours as agreed on the Registration form; and to receive a copy of the event proceedings.
When delivering our seminar services, we may change the Seminar Days, Hours and/ or the Location for any reason by notifying you in writing of the change and detailing substitute Seminar Days, Hours and/or Location and we shall have no liability to you; and you shall make no claim against us (including a refund), in respect of the same.

Trademarks, Copyrights and Restrictions
All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos and illustrations, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by ORM Pty Ltd. The content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of ORM Pty Ltd. The use of this website and these conditions are in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australian laws.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST (unless otherwise indicated).

Currency
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD)

Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to Australian civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. ORM Pty Ltd does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website,nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

Security
At ORM Pty Ltd we use a 256 bit credit card encryption service provided by Eway, a well-known and respected company. ORM Pty Ltd does not store any of your credit card details

Transferring seminar services
If for any reason you elect not to proceed with your attendance at the workshop event you have registered for, you may transfer your registration for an event to another person within these booking terms by advising us no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Refunds
We may cancel the seminar services or product order for any reason by written notice to you. We will also refund your payment to us within 7 days of giving you notice of cancellation. We shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.
We acknowledge that you shall be entitled, and claim a refund of registration fees if you are unable to attend and ORM Pty Ltd are advised THREE WORKING DAYS prior to the event in writing to admin@orm.com.au.
